At LIKINGDOM, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below for full details.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable).

We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, damaged, or altered. LIKINGDOM reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@likingdom.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and the return address.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back to the return address provided. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Return Confirmation: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

  • Refund Amount: Your refund will cover the purchase price of the item, excluding the original shipping charges (if applicable).

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. If the payment was made through PayPal, your refund will be issued to your PayPal account.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@likingdom.com with your order details and the desired replacement. If the replacement item is available, we will process the exchange for you.

Please note that exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@likingdom.com. We will arrange for the return of the defective item and provide you with a replacement or refund, including return shipping fees.

6. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Underwear, swimwear, or any items of intimate nature.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United Kingdom, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, LIKINGDOM is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes associated with returns. Please ensure that you check with your local customs office for more information.
